Can I change the size, color, or address after placing an order?

To check the status of your order, log into your account where you will see the following order statuses:

 

Unpaid Order: Your order had not yet been paid for. You are able to delete this order and place a new one with the correct information.

 

Paid|Preparing order: You can click here to apply for a change within three hours after you’ve made the payment. We will try to accommodate your needs, but we cannot guarantee it can be done successfully, as the order is undergoing the processing procedure.

 

Paid|Partially shipped order: We are not able to change the order for shipped items.You can click here to change your order. For items you wish to change, please have your order number and item information ready.

Paid|Shipped order: Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change any information including size, color, address, etc…

 
 

Please Note: If you need to change any order information, please contact us prior to payment or leave us a message when placing your order.
